SPNS took a day of medical care to communities in Cojedes

Staff from the National Public Health System (SPNS) developed a day of comprehensive medical care in the Ezequiel Zamora municipality of the state of Cojedes, specifically in the San Ramón sector.

According to a press release from the Ministry of Health, a wide range of specialties and services were offered during the day, such as general medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, care for people with disabilities, physiatry, ophthalmology, optometry, nutrition (weight/size), immunization services, and educational sessions aimed at prevention and self-care.

One of the key points of priority care was the free delivery of medicines, where 11,701 units were dispensed, which represents a significant contribution to the treatment of various pathologies and to the strengthening of collective health in the area.
