To raise the educational quality of Miranda state, two science laboratories were inaugurated this Thursday, at the Giovani Palma Educational Unit in the Cayapa parish and the Argelia Laya School in Marizapa , in the Acevedo municipality in the state of Acevedo.

The Secretary of Education of the state Miranda, Rosa Becerra, explained that the adaptation and equipment of these educational spaces were carried out together with the National Center for Chemical Technology (CNTQ).

“These laboratories have work tables, lighting, ventilation, basic equipment and instruments that will contribute to the training of young people through recreational activities, recreational games and experiments on science, telecommunications and their necessary elements for the country's development,” he explained.

Last December, the Carlos Gauna national educational unit in the Carrizal municipality in Miranda opened a science laboratory, as part of the pedagogical actions that promote students' interest in science and technology, Becerra recalled.
