This Thursday, during the closing of the campaign for the elections of the National Assembly (AN) and governors of the coming Sunday, May 25, the People of Cumaná, Sucre state, gathered to support the candidates of the Great Patriotic Pole Simon Bolivar (GPPSB).
“Cumana is overwhelmed, so much love, frenzy and willingness to love! I thank each one of you, colleagues from structures, social movements, grandmothers and grandparents, this campaign was not about a woman walking alone, about the reunion of forces for a project, which is the Sucre state,” said governor candidate Johana Carrillo.
He also added that this demonstration is part of the spirit of a movement promoted by Commander Hugo Chávez. “In this state, we deserve the best, it has everything,” he said.
“Hope is rising, there is so much love and hope in the street that it is forbidden to fail, on May 25 we will make history, because after 500 years we will have a woman in the governor's office,” Carrillo stressed.
Elizabeth Mata, spokeswoman for the Bolivar and Chávez Battle Unit (UBCH) in the city, added that “Sucre has overflowed and we are presenting this great patriotic machine to bring Johana Carrillo to the governor of the state.”
“Here we show that every task, every assignment, has been carried out to the letter to guarantee victory to our comrade, because they are people from Pueblo like us,” he said.
