Supreme Court sworn in interim and alternate judges who will assume jurisdictional functions in different states

The Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) has sworn in temporary and alternate judges, who will assume jurisdictional functions in the Superior Courts in Administrative Litigation and Tax Litigation matters in various judicial districts of the country.

According to information issued by the highest court, the activity was chaired by the president of the entity, Judge Caryslia Rodríguez, who urged the newly sworn in to exercise their functions “with wisdom, understanding, transparency and loyalty to the Venezuelan people”, recalling that every decision made “impacts lives and must be in accordance with principles, laws and the Constitution.”

The newly sworn in will serve in the judicial districts of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas and the states of Amazonas, Apure, Bolívar, Carabobo, Cojedes, Delta Amacuro, Monagas, Nueva Esparta, Sucre and Yaracuy.
