Teresa Carreño Theater will continue its activities after technical evaluation

The Teresa Carreño Theater (TTC) received the green label after the inspection carried out by the Presidential Commission for the Evaluation of Infrastructure Habitability, so it will be able to continue planning its next activities.

According to information from Venezolana de Televisión, the evaluation was carried out to verify the conditions of the venue after the damages caused by the earthquakes of last June 24 and to ensure the safety of its spaces.

The executive director of the TTC, Irvin Peña, reported that the commission inspected the different areas of the complex and confirmed their habitability to continue operations.

Peña pointed out that, although the artistic program has not yet resumed, the theater team is working to resume activities on their stages.
