Terminal La Bandera provides normal service to the Venezuelan people

The Autonomous Institute of Transportation and Roads of Caracas (Intravialca), through a statement, indicated that the La Bandera Terminal, in Caracas, is open to serve Venezuelans.
The letter stated that “it is essential that transport operators provide the service and respond to the people and in accordance with the permissions that State institutions have granted them.”
In addition, he reiterated that the institution is committed to ensuring a “quality transportation service to the entire Venezuelan people.”
