The Bolivarian Government guaranteed passability in the trunks of the state of Mérida

The Minister of the People's Power of Transportation, Ramón Velásquez Araguayán, reported on the reestablishment of trunk crossings affected by the rains in
the state of Mérida.
According to information released by the newspaper
Última Noticias after an inspection, the Minister assured that the
actions that will be carried out will guarantee passability for the passage of
food, fuel and the distribution of the crops of
agricultural producers in the Páramo axis.
“For his part, the sectoral vice-president of Public Works,
General Jorge Elieser Márquez, said that they took the route from Las
González, passing through the municipalities of Libertador, Campo Elías, Santos Marquina,
Rangel and the rest of the affected areas to carry out the evaluation and comply with the
guidelines of President Nicolás Maduro in solving the emergency
due to the rains in the state,” the newspaper reported.
Governor Sánchez assured that 12 municipalities were affected,
which are being treated.
