The Bolivarian Government of the state of Miranda, through the mayor's office of the Cristóbal Rojas municipality, is making progress in the rehabilitation of the Charallave passenger terminal.

In this regard, the local mayor, Humberto Marte, oversaw the start of the mobility plan and the modernization, beautification and recovery of public spaces in the passenger terminal.

In this regard, he announced that the project, with an estimated duration of 12 months, will cover a comprehensive intervention of more than 30 thousand square meters of the terminal.

“Thanks to the support of President Nicolás Maduro and in perfect coordination with the governor of the state of Miranda, Elio Serrano, we have begun this modernization of citizen spaces. This will be the most beautiful terminal in Miranda state,” he said.

“Under the leadership of President Nicolás Maduro and our governor, Elio Serrano (Miranda), we have decided to transform more than 30,000 meters of intervention into quality of life and quality for users over the next 12 months,” Marte confirmed, adding that the terminal will have renovated gastronomic spaces.

During the inspection, the mayor also provided the motorcycle taxi lines operating in the passenger terminal with various supplies for occupational safety.

On the other hand, he supervised the construction of the first of five security modules that will be built in the pedestrian area of the terminal, which he announced will be a boulevard.

“We are going to transform Charallave, as President Nicolás Maduro said, into a human city,” he added.
