The Government of Nicaragua repudiates US sanctions against Venezuelan officials

The Government of Nicaragua expressed its rejection of the new imperial sanctions imposed by the United States against 21 Venezuelan officials.

“The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of Nicaragua, and the Sandinista National Liberation Front (FSLN), speak out today in repudiation, condemnation, rejection, once again, of the coercive, arbitrary, illegal, illegal measures that we call aggressions,” he said in a statement.

The document states that the Nicaraguan people ratify the sovereign union and the revolutionary alliance that both nations maintain to continue to defeat U.S. imperial attacks.
