The People decide! Neo-Spartans choose their projects in the Second National Popular Consultation

After the meetings held by the 645 Community Councils of Nueva Esparta, where the community projects to be applied for were discussed, this Sunday the inhabitants of these communities will choose which will be prioritized for this new wave of resources that the Bolivarian Government will have for works.
The voting centers, organized with the support of the National Electoral Council (CNE), opened their doors from 8:00am to receive the inhabitants of the 11 municipalities of this island entity.
Health, basic services, education, food and the environment mostly encompass these proposals created from within communities to be implemented.
