The People rule here! Carabobeños say they present in the Second National Popular Consultation

The members of the organized communities of the state of Carabobo went this Sunday to the electoral centers set up by the National Electoral Council (CNE) to participate in the Second National Popular Consultation where they will choose the projects that will be implemented in their territories.

This new day of leading participation of the People is part of Bolivarian democracy that promotes the empowerment of the People.

This day, which is taking place throughout the country, was promoted by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, who, after the successful first consultation, announced the quarterly carrying out of this consultation process with the People for the execution of the budget for works.
