The reception of works for the National Art Salon “Elsa Morales” 2026 has begun

Interested artists will be able to submit their proposals until June 12

Since last Monday, April 6, the reception of works has opened for the second edition of the National Art Salon “Elsa Morales”, an event that pays tribute to the outstanding Venezuelan artist and poet, a reference in plastic arts and letters in the country. The call is promoted by the Ministry of Popular Power for Culture (MPPC), through the National Museums Foundation (FMN).

Interested artists can submit their proposals until June 12, Monday through Friday during office hours, at the following reception centers authorized by state:

The exhibition of the Salon will take place at the end of 2026 in Caracas, visiting FMN spaces such as the Alejandro Otero Museum, the Carlos Cruz-Diez Museum of Printing and Design, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Armando Reverón Museum of Contemporary Art and the National Art Gallery.
