The Third Session of the XIV National People's Assembly opens in Beijing

This Wednesday, the XIV National People's Assembly (APN), the highest legislative body of the People's Republic of China, began in the third session, which is hosted by the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.

Chinese President Xi Jinping and other government leaders of the nation were present at the working day, according to the report on government tasks, prepared by the Prime Minister, Li Qiang.

In addition, the report of the Council of State was analyzed in relation to the plan for the economic and social development of the nation corresponding to 2024, which also covered the strategies designed to increase development in the above-mentioned areas.

The plan includes the development of new technologies, such as artificial intelligence, biomanufacturing and sixth-generation wireless communication technology, commonly known as 6G.
