The third week of the Amiazonas 2025 Scientific Vacation Plan kicked off at the Chejerú Chocolate School, an ideal space for young talents in the state to explore their curiosity and creativity.
The day, promoted by the Ministry for Science and Technology (Mincyt), is designed with a series of interactive workshops, exhibitions and talks given by experts in various areas.
The participants, according to a press release, enjoy chocolate making as a culinary art and also learn about the scientific and creative processes that make this delicious product possible.
