This Friday begins the first edition of the classic José Gregorio Hernández in Trujillo

The state of Trujillo will experience, from this Friday until Sunday, September 1, the first edition of the Doctor José Gregorio Hernández Cycling Classic in homage to the blessed, in which athletes from 18 teams will seek to be crowned champions in three stages.

Jesús González, president of the organizing committee, explained in a press release that the first stage of this Trujillo tour will take place this Friday, August 30, starting at 10 in the morning, departing from the Child Jesus Sanctuary of Isnotú, José Gregorio Hernández parish, arriving at Plaza Bolívar de Betijoque, Rafael Rangel municipality, and will be 134.90 kilometers long.

Meanwhile, the second stage, to take place on Saturday, August 31, consists of a circuit of 15 laps to Avenida Bolívar in the city of Valera, with a route of 117 km, for the enjoyment of cycling lovers.

Finally, the third stage consists of 132.80 km starting from El Dividive, Miranda municipality, arriving in the town of Isnotú, the birthplace of Blessed José Gregorio Hernández.
