Three dangerous criminals were neutralized in a military-police operation carried out in Guárico

After an intense operation carried out by the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) and police forces in the mountains of the Aguaro Guariquito National Park, Santa Rita parish, Juan José Rondón municipality in the Guárico state, three subjects were neutralized, who belonged to the extinct criminal group known as Tren del Llano.

According to a press release from the Ministry of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, individuals identified as Octavio José Rojas Martínez, alias El Fiebre; Johan Manuel Canache, alias El Canache and Raúl José Ruiz Ortega, alias El Bebé, armed the commission and were neutralized during the legal intervention.

In the procedure, three rifles and 104 cartridges were seized from these people linked to drug trafficking activities and destabilizing sectors inside and outside the country, with which they tried to resist the authorities' action.

This operation is part of the strengthening of security policies promoted by the National Government through the Great Peace Quadrants Mission, with the firm purpose of guaranteeing citizen tranquility and protecting the population's right to tranquility.

The Venezuelan State ratifies its commitment to resolutely confront criminal organizations, drug traffickers, terrorists and conspirators that intend to undermine the peace and stability of Venezuelans.
