The Ministry of People's Power for Tourism reported that between February 17 and 23, more than a thousand tourists arrived at Santiago Mariño International Airport on Margarita Island, Nueva Esparta state.

These are charter flights in which 113 passengers arrived from Trinidad and Tobago, 224 from Cuba and 709 from Poland.

“With these visitors, there are 29,324 tourists from Cuba, 20,703 from Poland and 11,394 from Trinidad and Tobago,” the note reads.
