The Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) ratifies the results issued by the National Electoral Council (CNE) on July 28, which gives the winner to the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.

“This Chamber unobjectively certifies the expert electoral material and validates, this Chamber, the results of July 28, 2024 issued by the National Electoral Council where citizen Nicolás Maduro Moros was elected president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,” said the president of the Supreme Court.

In this regard, he urged the CNE to publish the final results of the electoral process in the Electoral Gazette of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
