University of Health Sciences “Hugo Chávez Frías” opened its headquarters in Anzoátegui

In order to strengthen the training of future health professionals, the inauguration of the new headquarters of the University of Health Sciences “Hugo Chávez Frías” was held in the municipality of Aragua, in the state of Anzoátegui.

The day, reported the Mayor's Office of the Aragua municipality, on its account on the social network Instagram, was marked by the support of the community youth of this municipality, reaffirming the commitment of the organized Popular Power to free and quality public education.

This training space is born from the united and constant work of our people. It is a consolidated victory through the Popular Consultation of last March 8 and financed through the National Fund Service of People's Power (SAFONAPP) and the Federal Government Council, demonstrating the strength of community organization, highlights the message.

This work reflects a true institutional and popular alliance, driven hand in hand by students, communes, the mayor's office, the City Council and the basic structures of our territory.

The work represents a model of participatory and leading management, since it was built jointly by the students themselves, the communes, the mayor's office, the legislative body and the structures of local power.

The publication extends special thanks to the Minister of Popular Power for Communes, Social Movements and Urban Agriculture, Ángel Prado, for his valuable collaboration and for always being aware of this project, as well as to the governor of the entity, Luis José Marcano, whose support has been essential to achieve this educational goal that benefits the entire population.
