VEN 911 treated more than 5 thousand emergencies in Aragua during the first half of 2026

The Command, Control and Telecommunications Center, VEN 911 in the state of Aragua, processed, during the first half of 2026, a total of 5,000 emergency calls through the entity's 191 Peace Quadrants, reported the institution's regional director, Legna Coronado.

During his participation in the radio program “VEN 911 Contigo”, Coronado emphasized that the results derive from an effective coordination between security bodies and the risk management system.

Later, according to a press release from the Ministry of Interior, Justice and Peace, Coronado indicated that, despite the geographical challenges presented by the entity, the body has managed to maintain a timely response. In turn, he emphasized that management is not only limited to reactive care, but that it prioritizes preventive training.

“We act totally with a perfect synergy between what the Peace Quadrants are; we are a perfect union between what is citizen security and risk management,” he said.

In addition, the Director of VEN 911 Aragua highlighted the positive impact of educational campaigns aimed at local youth on the responsible use of the emergency line and first aid programs.

Ahead of the upcoming celebrations of San Juan Bautista, he announced a special deployment on the coast of Aragüeña. This will aim to provide security and immediate attention to devotees and visitors who will attend traditional festivities.

Finally, he reiterated that VEN 911 is a free service available 24 hours a day. At the same time, he emphasized that the institution maintains a process of constant technological innovation with the firm purpose of optimizing service times and strengthening security levels throughout the Aragüeño territory.
