VENAPP activates effective CANTV response to recover services in Biruaca

The Venezuelan National Anonymous Telephone Company (CANTV) carried out a special approach in Biruaca, Apure state, with which it restored fixed telephone and Internet services to nearly 650 families in the Llano Alto, Jardín Soleos, Valle Verde, Altos de Biruaca and José Gregorio Hernández sectors.

The technical staff carried out corrective maintenance and adaptation of the networks, as well as reconstruction of joints affected by deterioration. The work also included verifying the operability of the house-to-house services, details a press release.

These actions responded to reports generated by users from the VenApp 1x10 Good Governance platform and the service channels offered by the Company, framed in the Comprehensive Failure Resolution Plan.
