Venezuela and Russia strengthened cooperation on tourism

The Minister of Popular Power for Tourism, Leticia Gómez, held a meeting with representatives of the Venezuelan Tourism Office (VENETUR), in the city of Moscow, Russia, with the objective that the work team will continue to strengthen inbound tourism from the Russian Federation.
This was announced by Gómez through his account on the social network Instagram, in which he stressed that both nations are working to strengthen cooperation in inbound tourism, through the VENETUR office inaugurated in 2024.
The VENETUR facilities in the Russian capital have a team of public servants dedicated to promoting advances in the development of tourism, in this way, tourist packages for megadiverse and multi-destination Venezuela will be offered.
On March 26, 2024, during the 30th edition of the Moscow International Travel and Hospitality Fair (MITT) 2024, the Venezuelan commission held several meetings with the Russian banking, business, media, tour operators and tourism service providers who showed interest in discovering the beauty offered by the Bolivarian nation.
