The Minister of People's Power for Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil, held a telephone conversation this Thursday with his counterpart from Sudan, Ali Youssef Ahmed Al-Sharif, with whom he ratified the binational collaboration “to consolidate a new multipolar and pluricentric order”.

Through his Telegram channel, Foreign Minister Gil reaffirmed Venezuela's commitment to peace and regional stability, as well as the fundamental principles of Bolivarian Peace Diplomacy.

“We are committed to continuing to collaborate to consolidate a new multipolar and pluricentric order, where peoples can develop their economies and political projects freely,” he said.

Venezuela and Sudan established diplomatic relations on May 4, 2005. During bilateral meetings, its authorities have addressed issues such as the value to the Venezuelan mining production chain and the development of lines of research on technologies, production processes and environmental liabilities associated with the mining sector.
