Venezuela and Vietnam reaffirmed their willingness to increase trade

During the meeting, they called for promoting economic ties and joint projects.

This Saturday, October 19, the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, held a working meeting with the ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam accredited to Venezuela, Vu Trung My, in order to strengthen commercial cooperation between the two nations.

During the meeting, announced by the Vice Presidency of the Republic, on her account on the social network Instagram, she noted that the authorities reaffirmed their willingness to increase commercial exchange with the cooperation and dialogue mechanisms established between the two countries.

They also called for promoting economic ties and joint projects considering the potential of each one and the bilateral work carried out in the context of the Intergovernmental Committee that has allowed investment in areas of oil, gas, agriculture, telecommunications and construction.

They also exchanged views on international and regional issues of mutual interest.
