Venezuela denounced violation of the principles enshrined in the UN Charter by the United States

The Minister of People's Power for Foreign Affairs, Yvan Gil Pinto, in the context of the 58th session of the Human Rights Council, held in Geneva, Switzerland, denounced the continuous violations of the principles enshrined in the UN Charter by the United States (USA).

Through a post on his Telegram channel , he specified that on behalf of President Nicolás Maduro, he attended the High-Level Meeting of the Group of Friends in Defense of the Charter of the United Nations.

In this regard, he indicated that the United States “seeks to undermine multilaterality in favor of its unilateralism and an agenda of interference characterized by double standards.”
