Venezuela promotes bilateral trade at the 40th edition of the Havana International Fair

The participation of our country, through the Venezuela Exporta program, in the 40th edition of the Havana International Fair (FIHAV) highlighted the strategic nature of the nation as a strategic partner of the island.

Venezuela presented a pavilion that covered 2,945 square meters and includes key sectors such as food, tourism, industry, technology and crafts, showing the country's productive potential.

The activity allowed three virtual business rounds to take place, which generated business intentions of approximately 3.11 million dollars in sectors such as agri-food and tourism, according to information published on the Venezuela News web portal.

The Venezuelan delegation presented the emblematic products, such as cacao, coffee and rum. While the energy, technology and pharmaceutical sectors play an important role in this exhibition, reaffirming the South American country's capacity for productive diversification and its contribution to sustainability and competitiveness in the Cuban market.

FIHAV is considered one of the most representative fairs in Latin America and the Caribbean, and brings together exhibitors from more than 60 nations and sectors.
