Venezuela reiterates its willingness to continue consolidating the union and cohesion of OPEC plus countries

The Minister of Hydrocarbons, Delcy Rodríguez, reiterated Venezuela's will to continue “consolidating the union and cohesion of OPEP plus countries, in the face of the uncertainties and disturbances faced by the international economy.”

The message from the executive vice-president was published on her Telegram channel, in which she explained that on behalf of the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, she participated in the 60th Meeting of the OPEC Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee , the 39th OPEC and Non-OPEC Ministerial Meeting and the 191st Meeting of the OPEC Ministerial Conference.

Rodríguez added that during the meeting, the fundamentals of the oil market and compliance with production adjustments within the OPEC+ Declaration of Cooperation were reviewed.
