Venezuela rejects US Presidential Memorandum that tightens the criminal economic blockade against Cuba

Venezuela categorically rejects the new Presidential Memorandum issued by the Government of the United States against the Republic of Cuba, which deepens the criminal economic, financial and commercial blockade.

In a statement released by the Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Yván Gil, Venezuela reiterates that once again Washington is on the sidelines of the international consensus, which year after year, with an overwhelming majority in the United Nations General Assembly, demands the immediate and unconditional lifting of the blockade against Cuba.
