Venezuela strengthens diplomatic relations with Türkiye, Cambodia and Azerbaijan

The Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Yván Gil, held a fruitful meeting with his counterparts from Türkiye, Hakan Fidan; from Cambodia, Sok Chenda Sophea, and from Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, in which they reviewed the bilateral agenda and future opportunities to strengthen alliances.

The information was provided by the Venezuelan foreign minister through the social network Instagram.

“We have reviewed the bilateral agenda and the international situation as a whole. Our countries share a strong political relationship and we work together to promote an international system based on cooperation and equality, free from coercion and hegemony,” Gil said during the meeting with his Turkish counterpart.

In this regard, Gil stressed that he spoke with his Cambodian counterpart to consolidate the close friendship that defines Bolivarian Peace Diplomacy. “Our countries are exploring opportunities for cooperation in areas that promote mutual economic, diplomatic, cultural and scientific growth,” he said.

The head of Venezuelan Diplomacy said that it was a pleasure to hold a dialogue with the representative of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, with whom he evaluated bilateral relations, based on mutual benefit and cooperation. He also took advantage of the meeting to convey to the Azerbaijani official the greetings of the Bolivarian Government and its people.
