Venezuela will hold the 19th edition of the World Poetry Festival 2025 from July 14 to 20

The 19th edition of the World Poetry Festival of Venezuela will be held from July 14 to 20 across the country, in homage to the poet Belén Ojeda, under the motto Place of Stay.

It will also include the participation of more than 40 poets from four continents: America, Africa, Asia and Europe and 200 national poets deployed in various activities across the country.

The festival will hold more than six evening recitals at the Bolivar Theater in Caracas and more than 100 activities in 20 states of the country: Workshops, recitals, talks, book presentations in libraries, high schools, theaters, historic houses, Southern Bookstores, universities and CELARG.

In the city of Caracas, you will have the locations at Teatro Bolívar with evening recitals, Bookstores of the South of the Teresa Carreño Theater, San Agustín (Afinque de Marín sector), Casa Nacional de las Letras Andrés Bello, PDVSA La Estancia, unconventional spaces for the care of grandparents and Venezolana de Televisión.
