Venezuela wins gold in team fencing and shooting at the 2024 World Cadet Games

This Sunday, the Creole delegation won gold in the men's team fencing and shooting disciplines at the Fourth edition of the Venezuela 2024 World Cadet Games.

Iván Bello, president of FEDEFANB, provided a balance sheet of the actions taken. “We had action in three sports disciplines today: 22-millimeter rifle, fencing and volleyball in both genders. Venezuela won the gold medal in women's fencing team specializing in sword and Russia won gold in the men's category. Our country also won gold in women's shooting,” she said.

Bello added that this Monday the cadets will see action in the seven sports disciplines, including pentathlon, swimming, athletics and orientation races, among others.
