Venezuelan billiards kicked off the Bolivarian Games with one gold, two silver and one bronze medal

Venezuelan billiards began its participation in the Ayacucho-Lima Bolivarian Games, winning one gold medal, two silver and one bronze medal.
The gold medal came courtesy of Frailin Guanipa and Anthony Rodríguez in Ball 9 for the men's team, after beating Peru 7-5.
The two silver medals were won by Johanna Espinoza in Ball 9 and William Villanueva in Carambola on three sides, while the bronze medal was also won by Guanipa but in Ball 9.
Venezuela is still in second place in the medal table with 55 gold, 48 silver and 55 bronze. It was surpassed by Colombia with 83 gold, 67 silver and 48 bronze.
