Venezuelan Estefani Fajardo signs with UK's Sheffield Hatters

Venezuelan player Estefani Fajardo was announced as the new signing of the Sheffield Hatters team for the 2026-2027 season of the Super League Basketball in the United Kingdom.

Through an official statement issued by the club on its social networks, it became known that the hiring of Fajardo in which the Venezuelan will be facing her first experience in British basketball.

The Venezuelan came to the English team after her time at Talar in Argentina, where she managed to become champion of the Super Cup and was part of the ideal quintet. In that 2025-2026 campaign, Fajardo recorded averages of ten points and 7.5 sacks in 39 games played, and previously accumulated experience in leagues in Spain, Portugal, Bosnia, Mexico, Chile and Uruguay.

Fajardo is currently one of the most important players in the National Basketball Team, with which he recently qualified for the FIBA Americup 2027.
