Venezuelan feature film “The Man of Light” is a finalist at the Antigua Festival

The Venezuelan feature film “The Man of Light” ranked as a finalist at the prestigious Antigua Festival in Guatemala, the film's director, Christian Eduardo Márquez, reported on his Instagram account.

He stressed that this distinction represents a milestone for regional cinematography, since the work expands its reach to new audiences and international spaces representing Venezuela and the state of Mérida.

In that regard, the director said that this recognition constitutes a true honor for the entire production team. For this reason, he expressed his gratitude to the actors, the technical staff and the audience that accompanied the development of this project since its inception.
