As for the rest of the South American countries, Brazil is 1st, Argentina 3rd, Paraguay is 12th (+1), Uruguay is 24th (+3), Colombia is 27th (-1), Peru is 52nd, Chile is 60th (+31), Ecuador is 104th (+1) and Bolivia is 112th (-4).
