Venezuelan Kimberlyn Campos provides goal and assist in River's 2-2 draw against Boca

In her first three games with Argentina's Women's River Plate, Venezuelan player Kimberlyn Campos has already scored three goals and one assist. La Criolla scored a goal this Saturday in the 2-2 tie in their first classic against Boca.

The native of Tinaquillo, Cojedes state, comes from being the offensive figure of San Luis FC in 2024, and, in addition to the goal against Boca, she achieved an assist.

Campos was the top scorer in Argentine football last season -her first in Albiceleste soccer-, with a total of 22 goals, 10 in the Apertura and 12 in the Claadura.

The 21-year-old had a stint with Real Oviedo in Spain and then landed at the newly promoted San Luis FC. In addition, she has been called up for several tournaments with the Vinotinto Femenina.
