Ambassador Jorge Valero, head of the Mission of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the European Union (EU), together with diplomatic officials, participated this October 20, in Brussels, in a massive national demonstration in favor of the Palestinian cause.

The event brought together thousands of people and turned out to be the busiest since the Israeli invasion of Gaza more than a year ago, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported on its website.

The diplomat reaffirmed the absolute solidarity of the Bolivarian Government, presided over by Nicolás Maduro Moros, with the Palestinian people in the face of the criminal genocide being perpetrated by the Zionist State of Israel, as well as against the Lebanese, Yemeni, Iranian and Syrian peoples who are also suffering criminal aggression.

Valero led the demonstration, which was attended by thousands of people on a journey from the Northern Station of the Belgian capital to Plaza Jean Rey, near the headquarters of the European Commission.

In addition, the head of mission informed the Palestinian ambassador to the EU, Adel Atieh, as well as to the organizers of the mobilization, that the people have the support of the peoples of the world, in the face of the Zionist colonization that has been going on for more than 70 years.
