Venezuelan Navy Simón Bolívar School Ship to Arrive at Mexican Ports

Next May, the Venezuelan Navy's Simon Bolivar Training Ship will arrive at Mexican ports, as part of the XXXV Foreign Education Cruise “Caribbean Alliance 2025”.

The Venezuelan vessel will dock in ports of Tampico and Veracruz and will be in Mexican jurisdictional waters, from May 13 to 26. During your stay in Mexico, it can be visited by the general public.

The ship carries third-year cadets from the Military Academy of the Bolivarian Navy who, since leaving Venezuela on March 22, have received training and training in seafaring and sailing.

Pending their arrival, the Venezuelan ambassador accredited to Mexico, Stella Lugo, held a coordination meeting with representatives of the Secretary of Foreign Affairs and the General Staff of the Navy, led by Admiral José Manuel Salinas Pérez.

During the meeting, the ambassador proposed, on behalf of the Captain of the Ship, the formation of an agenda that would allow the fellowship of Venezuelan cadets with their peers in the Aztec country, as well as with the Mexican people in general.

For their part, the Mexican naval authorities thanked the head of the Venezuelan Diplomatic Mission in Mexico for the visit made to the headquarters of the Secretariat of the Navy and expressed their willingness to work together to ensure a pleasant visit of the Simón Bolívar School Ship.

The flagship of the Bolivarian Homeland sails the Caribbean seas, bringing with it the best example of the morality, honor and dignity of Venezuelan military youth to all sister peoples.
