Venezuelan parathletes received official funding for Chile Youth Parapan Am Games 2025

The Venezuelan parathletes received from the Ministry of Sports and the Venezuelan Paralympic Committee the official equipment they will use in the Santiago de Chile 2025 Youth Parapan American Games.

During the meeting, held at the headquarters of the Venezuelan Olympic Committee, the president of the Venezuelan Paralympic Committee, Juan Rujano, stressed that this work is being carried out thanks to the support of the sports minister, Franklin Cardillo and the support of the president of the Venezuelan Olympic Committee, María Soto, who provided spaces for the delivery of the equipment.

“This clothing will identify them during official competitions and training. It is a symbol of the effort and commitment of an entire nation that believes in its talent,” he said, a press review by the Ministry of Sport.

He also announced the launch of the communication campaign “All for My Flag”, which will allow us to choose the male and female athlete who will wear the national tricolor during the flag ceremony.

“We want the people to accompany this process and to feel part of the delegation. You are an example of perseverance, overcoming and love for Venezuela,” Rujano stressed.

The endowment ceremony was attended by athletes from different disciplines who will be part of the national delegation, who proudly received their official clothing.

In the coming days, the Venezuelan Paralympic Committee team will also deliver equipment to parathletes concentrated in the states of Lara (swimming) and Carabobo (boccia and archery), to complete the clothing of the 69 Venezuelan representatives who will travel to Chile.
