The national rowing delegation won a silver medal and a bronze medal at the 2025 Ayacucho-Lima Bolivarian Games.
Jaime Machado and Ali Leiva reached a time of 1:27.79 to achieve the second step of the podium in the doubles event without an open weight helmsman.
For their part, Keyla García and Kimberlin Meneses won bronze in the women's lightweight doubles category.
The Venezuelan women finished the race with a 1:37.32 and thus stood on the third step of the Bolivarian podium.
Rowing continues in action at the Bolivarian Games this Wednesday, November 3, starting at 11 in the morning Venezuelan time.
