Venezuelans will provide justice in the duel between Colombia and Chile (+World Qualifiers)

The Venezuelan referee Jesús Valenzuela will be in charge of directing the match between Colombia and Chile, for matchday 10 of the 2026 World Qualifier, at the Roberto Meléndez Metropolitan Stadium in Barranquilla.
Valenzuela will be accompanied by fellow Venezuelans Lubin Torrealba and Alberto Ponte as assistant referees. José Uzcategui will be the fourth official. While Juan Soto will be in the VAR and Carlos López as assistant.
This is the second qualifying match that Valenzuela will lead this year. He previously led the Argentina-Chile game in Buenos Aires, which the locals won 3-0.
