This Tuesday, October 21, the Executive Vice President of the Republic and Minister of Popular Power for Hydrocarbons, Delcy Rodríguez, held a working meeting with the technical and scientific staff of the Venezuelan Institute of Technology for Petroleum (INTEVEP), as well as part of the Venezuelan Petroleum Board (PDVSA), to monitor the advances of the oil industry in the country.

In his account on the social network Telegram, he specified that this working day is in compliance with the instructions of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

He stressed that “the specialized personnel of the Venezuelan Petroleum Technology Institute (Intevep), who every day promote science and technology at the service of Venezuela's independence and sovereignty.”

“We have been working on a plan for President Maduro so that Intevep products can be visualized in the development of the hydrocarbon engine,” he said.

For his part, the president of INTEVEP, Carlos Canelón, stressed that the entire team of that organization presents to the Bolivarian Government the research and technical capacity to continue promoting the production of crude oil, its improvement and refining.
