Vice President Rodríguez comes to Russia to participate in the XVI BRICS Summit

Through her Telegram channel, the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, reported that she arrived in the city of Kazan, Russia, to represent Venezuela at the XVI BRICS Summit.

“We have arrived in Kazan, Russia, to participate in the momentous XVI BRICS Summit, where a new world of legality and a new international economic order are taking shape,” he wrote.

He also reaffirmed that "Venezuela forges its diplomatic and geopolitical bases on anti-hegemonism and on the sovereign equality of nations”.

Rodríguez extended thanks for the warm reception of the national, regional and local authorities of Russia to the Venezuelan delegation, which is also accompanied by the Foreign Minister of the Republic, Yván Gil, who on his Telegram channel, reiterated that Venezuela will always contribute effort to the construction of a multipolar world.

The XVI BRICS Summit, to be held in the city of Kazan from October 22 to 24, is a key event for strengthening cooperation and dialogue between nations.
