Vice President Rodríguez: Despite the aggressions of the United States, the balance of 2025 is completely positive

This Thursday, December 4th, the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, said that despite all the threats, aggressions and all the difficulties promoted by North American imperialism against the Venezuelan people, the balance of 2025 is completely positive.

“It's a Venezuela that is producing in all areas,” Rodríguez said during a telephone contact with the program Maduro Live de Repente, hosted by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

In his speech, he pointed out that the percentage of social investment in this budget is 77.8%, while in the fourth Republic it never exceeded 40%. “It was always considered an expense, never an investment, it was never discussed with the people,” he said.

Regarding the National Budget 2026, he explained that the Plan of the 7 Transformations, the Concrete Agendas of Action (ACA) and the Popular Consultations were included, “in such a way that it is a true participatory budget.”

Rodríguez emphasized that Venezuela is seeing the efforts of the People, which is unstoppable, because “in the midst of psychological terrorism, of threats, that if the ship, that if taken over the Caribbean Sea with these military aggressions, here is the People responding in national union.”
