Vice President Rodríguez: Electricity production increased by 40% in 2025

This Tuesday, December 9, at the National Council for Productive Economy, the Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, reported that the country's electricity production increased this year by 40% compared to 2024.
“It's about increasing the production of our domestic capacities. We are increasing megawatts to meet the needs of the Venezuelan population,” he said.
The senior official stressed that “for these reasons private production and its work hand in hand with public production are welcome”.
