Vice President Rodríguez meets in Moscow with the Secretary of the Forum of Gas Exporting Countries

The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, held a meeting this Friday with the Secretary General of the Forum of Gas Exporting Countries, Mohamed Hamel, to evaluate new energy strategies in the context of the multipolar world.

During the meeting, held in Moscow as part of Rodríguez's official visit to Russia, both authorities highlighted the need to move forward in consolidating new complementary alliances, as well as strengthening cooperation between gas-exporting countries, to overcome current major challenges and ensure a sustainable energy future, according to the Venezuelan Vice Presidency on its Telegram channel.

As one of the countries with the largest natural gas reserves on the planet, Venezuela plays a strategic role in the growth of countries that export this fundamental energy resource.
