After exercising her right to vote in Caracas, the Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, said that the People always decide on the path of democracy and this is demonstrated this Sunday in regional and legislative elections.

“The Venezuelan people are giving us lessons, they are precisely saying that the path is democracy and that extremism is discarded. Fascism is discarded in Venezuela. There is no room for the exercise of hatred, intolerance, violence, but space is taken up by the right to peace, the right to vote, the right to democracy, the right to understanding, to coexistence between different political parties,” he said.

In this regard, he highlighted the participation of 54 political organizations in the election day and “what Venezuela is showing is that the path of understanding and the exercise of voting is the only option for our country, it is the option decided by the Venezuelan people, that there is no way for us to deal with extortion, blackmail, orders, but that of the Venezuelan people”.
