Vice President Rodríguez: The Right to the Homeland is a Right of Peoples

This Thursday, the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, highlighted the importance of defending the fundamental rights of the People, during the High-Level Workshop of the Popular Government.

“The right to the Fatherland is a right of peoples, the right to water, to mental health, that's why I say that we come from a powerful Constitution on which we can start our rights,” he said.

Likewise, the vice-president assured that, through the consultation for the Constitutional Reform, President Nicolás Maduro reactivates “the Constituent Power is a constituent spirit to make (Hugo) Chávez greater, to guarantee and protect the defense of the Fatherland for five years”.

“The defense of Guiana Essequiba was a decision of the Venezuelan people,” Rodríguez emphasized in the framework of the guarantee of constitutional rights

In this regard, he added that through the installation of the Popular Cabinets, ministers and ministers will be activated in the appropriate assignment, “we have attended communal cabinets that have their first transformation into a city, in terms of security, defense and peace, in addition to the social protection system.”
