Vinotinto Playa Absoluta and U20 won second place in the 2025 North Zone Evolution League

The U20 and Absolute National Beach Soccer Team take second place in the CONMEBOL North Zone Evolution League 2025, with 18 points.

With 6 wins in 8 games played, Vinotinto Absoluta (2 wins and 2 losses) and the U20 (4 wins without losses) took second place in the cumulative table of the Evolution League, being surpassed only by Brazil, by three goals apart.

The third place was ranked by the Colombian national team with 15 points.

In the absolute standings, Venezuela defeated Peru 6-2 and Ecuador 7-3, and fell to Colombia 4-1 and Brazil 7-6. As for the under-20 selection, the Criollos beat Ecuador 6-2, Colombia 5-3, Brazil 4-2 and Peru 5-3.

With 9 goals in four games, the Venezuelan Alexander Vaamonde was recognized as the goal scorer of the CONMEBOL Evolution Beach Football League 2025.

Vaamonde received the recognition along with the player Lucao Azevedo of the Brazilian national team, who also reached 9 goals in the competition.
