What did Diosdado Cabello say this May 8th in Sabana de Mendoza in Trujillo? (+photos)

This Wednesday, May 08, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, mobilized with the town of Sabana de Mendoza in Trujillo, to express his strong support for President Nicolás Maduro and in rejection of the criminal blockade imposed by North American imperialism.

During the activity, the revolutionary leader highlighted the conscience and struggle of the Trujillo people.

• “Trujillo is a warrior people, a people that has witnessed endless struggles, it is a people that every time it takes to go out to the streets, it is subtracted with the Bolivarian Revolution.”
• “With Chávez and Maduro for the streets, because we are essentially street people.”
• “I came here, to Trujillo, to embrace with love and respect a people that have never given up.”

He also reaffirmed that the Bolivarian Revolution will always be with the People, unlike that right wing, which has only asked for an attack against the Homeland.

• “We also have a pact signed by Commander Chávez, but with the People, endorsed by brother President Nicolás Maduro with the People, which is supported by love for the Fatherland, supported by the endless struggles to achieve independence.”
• “They (the right) have a pact with the bourgeoisie, they have a candidate with the surnames, the bourgeoisie and the oligarchy, but he is also the candidate of the gringos and of imperialism.”
• “It's the rearrangement of the most reactionary force in this country, but we have our candidate, who is the candidate of the People, the youth, the women, the people of African descent, the sexodiversity and the religious sectors, our brother President Nicolás Maduro.”
• We are going to be spokesperson for the actions that the Bolivarian Government has carried out in the entity for its benefit, because “the networks censor President Nicolás Maduro and censor the Bolivarian Revolution”.
  

In the same way, he called on the People to organize themselves to win the victory of next July 28 in the presidential elections.

• “Let's get ready for July 28, we're going to win elections, Nicolás Maduro will once again be president of the Republic.”
• “We must be alert to what they are doing on the street, we are going to fully identify where the sources of violence are and we are going to do a job as revolutionaries, let's go house to house to invite those who are dissatisfied, those who are not Chavista, to come with us, with Nicolás, with the Revolution to build the beautiful country that we have.”
• Every member of the PSUV is doing their job, calling for votes, registering colleagues, organizing, “this week the United Socialist Party of Venezuela kicks off with its 1 X 10 (...). It's really 1 X 10, true, if you have two, that you take those two to vote, that no one comes to say they're 40 and then you don't take anyone, you need to secure the vote.”
  

• “The great United Socialist Party of Venezuela does not run over anyone, it is the one that is in the vanguard with some great comrades from the Great Patriotic Pole and allied parties.” 
•  “They're not going to win the elections! , they're not going to beat us and if they want to take to the streets they won't be able to do it (...) Brothers and sisters, there are 81 days left today and a beautiful sunrise for Patria, let's prepare for the Great Victory of the 28th and to defend it, wherever we have to defend it.”

He reaffirmed that imperialism and its lackeys will never again govern this free, sovereign and independent Homeland.

• “We are going to move forward, I have no doubt, with the strength of this People we are going to move forward, with God ahead of us. That bourgeoisie is going to be left wanting again.”
• “When our brother Commander Chávez is turning 100 years old, we are going to have a Chavista, Bolivarian revolutionary president or president.”
• “The opposition is very bad at opposing it, but it's worse when it governs; we are also obliged to say the mistakes they have in governing, to denounce every day. In other words, to oppose them because we have been in this fight despite the attacks, despite the blockades, the sanction.”
• Venezuela is facing North American imperialism “the most furious, bloodthirsty and unscrupulous enemy a country can have”, and “despite these blockades, sanctions, the President has been there firm (...) and on July 28 the People will defeat him (the candidate of the right).
• “We are going to keep an eye on the guarimberos, because they don't believe in elections, those supposed tours they do are tours to prepare the guarimba to prepare for the insurrection once they lose July 28.”

He also repudiated the new hoax that the extremist right wing tried to viralize against him, based on the letters he receives from the People.

• “Over there they invented that I and that I had thrown away the cards that the People gave me, For God's sake! How many years have I been collecting letters from the People? Since 97, we have been with Commander Chávez seeing the people's face, looking into the eyes, collecting his letter and responding to the people.”
• The right-wing sectors “are miserable because they do that, besides the people know what it is like”.
• “They don't receive a letter to anyone, but neither does anyone give them a letter, because they don't believe in them.”
• “We have a life commitment. We have said that the fate of the People must be the fate of the leadership of the Bolivarian Revolution without any doubts.”
